Default Insomnia

As a long time insomnia sufferer, who doesn't get support from her doctors, I was wondering if anyone has tried CBT for insomnia and if it worked? If so, does anyone know any CBT professionals in San Diego with experience with insomnia?

(CBT = Cognitive Behavior Therapy)

Here's an article about it, for those interested: http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/...eatments_x.htm
