I have my sleep remedy here and have NOT checked it for a while and it's changed somewhat. I was at a point where often when I woke up for the bathroom trips I could not get back to sleep...I could lay there some times for 2-3 hrs it would seem.
My friend told me about the above and since I'm now taking it, I get right back to sleep after the bathroom. So what I do is take 500mg L Tryptophan and 50mg P5P at about 10:30 with my inositol and gaba and no more laying awake at the wee hours. Safely Using L-Tryptophan to Fight Insomnia My melatonin is now 1mg at 8:30PM. I hit the pillow at about 10:30PM and get 8+ good hrs of dreamy sleep. Adjust everything for your bed times. |
