Default Sleep Issues and Homeopathy

If people are still having issues, why not look into homeopathy for your sleep HELP.

Top 1 Homeopathic Remedies for Sleep Disorders - By Dr. Ranjana Gupta | Lybrate

I use other homeopathic remedies in my life and one of them is Calms Forte' which I take with my sleep combo I've posted here. Sleep a nice 10 hrs....What a blessing to get good sleep.

The addition of homeopathic HGH gel for the last 9 months make everything better for me.

A quick reminder about the wonders of Calms Forte'.... homeopathic tabs..

A friend FINALLY started taking them and she's lived with horrid sleep issues, depression and anxiety and for whatever reasons, she would NOT hear me on the my stuff I use....and she finally did and now sleeping and taking 2 tabs of Calms nightly....

Inexpensive harmless help.

Are there any of those boring things which provide any support for the aids to sleep listed in the link provided?

Those boring things are sometimes called clinical trials or a similar phrase.

Kiwi, I'm not sure what your post means. Talking to my friend today and she is still having nice results with Calms Forte' for her sleep issue, she told me that she also bought Calm made by the same company for anxiety, restlessness etc and a companion for the Calms Forte'.......the company has been around since 1903 so I have a lot of confidence in their products......

Calms forte is a natural homeopathic product. No clinical trials are required for it to be on the market in the USA, and it has enough of a reputation to speak for itself.
It has been on the market for a very long time and is even safe for young children.

It is a very helpful natural remedy for sleep and doesn't appear to have side effects like some other natural sleep aids can eg melatonin

Sometimes the proof of the pudding is in the eating
