Default new here - looking for suggestions

hi. i'm new here, suffering from post concussion syndrome. i'm unable to sleep well, wake up in the middle of the night and drift in and out of sleep resulting in waking up exhausted. sleep study didn't show anything abnormal (very mild apnea, no treatment suggested) though i was only asleep for about two hours during the session. i take magnesium and extended release melatonin before bed, have tried chamomile and sleepytime tea, have tried gabapentin but nothing seems to be helping.

has anyone experienced something similar or have any ideas?
