About 6mo ago, I had my first sleep study - only showed 3 or 4 instances of true apnea that night. But, I snore like a freight train. I'm still tired during the day, so they're going to repeat the test but WITH the CPAP (I think.)
I just hope I don't have to do that dreaded Multiple SLeep Latency Test ("Nap" test). I was totally tuckered after that. It showed that I had "idiopathic (Central Nervous System) Hyerpsomnolence." Doc said that if i went right into REM it would be narcolepsy. has anyone else here had that "Nap" test?
