The results of my blood oximeter test show that I quit breathing 18 times in 4 hours. Not just briefly, but for at least 1 minute! Aaarghh!
No wonder I'm so tired in the mornings. Guess I'll have to dust off the dreaded CPAP. When I lost 20% of body weight a couple of years ago, I didn't think I needed it anymore. But (of course) I gained it all back.

Drats. I hope that you can find a solution, Ro. That is the last thing that you need.
I sure hope that the CPAP helps. -Vic |

Twink I hope you are ok, not sure what this cpap thingy is, assuming its some breathing unit, this would freak me out too, imagine not getting enough
o2 while sleeping would make the body sluggish in the morn, at least you have an answer to that part of it, hope you get to feeling better real soon

Some people will do anything for a little attention.
Use the machine!

there will be very little twinkle in your toes unless you get the sleep your body needs. I echo the sentiment to use the cpap

Thanks everyone. Yeah, I used to have a love/hate relationship with the CPAP, but it wasn't long before it was a hate/hate relationship!
Frank, CPAP stands for Continuous Positive Air Pressure. It keeps the back of your airway open. BUT, it's like sleeping with a cat: it wakes you up a lot. I'll let you know how it goes. Gotta be better than feeling drained all the time.
