James E Jan* MD FRCP(C), Professor, Child Neurology, Mental Health Research Unit; Roger D Freeman MD FRCP(C), Clinical Head of Neuropsychiatry Clinic, BC’s Children’s Hospital, University of British Columbia, Canada.
