Anyone have suggestions for severe insomnia? I am at my breaking point. I can not sleep, this is nothing new but it's getting worse with each night. I am on the verge of crashing, mentally and physically.
I believe my spouse has sleep apnea also, which is adding to me not sleeping. I've told him he needs to see the doctor but doesn't think it's serious. I know it's serious. Please help, I"ve tried many medications for sleep and in all honesty they do not work for me. It doens't help that I have a lot of health issues which make it tough for me to sleep, but when I can get sleep, I wake up to my spouse with his breathing (lack of) and snoring. How can I convince him to go to the doctor? How can I get some sleep before I lose my mind? |
