Default ChiliPad helps my hubby sleep

My husband just finished his tour of duty in Iraq and he’s come back with a sleep disorder. I guess he got used to the schedule they had him on there (he was never in active combat, so this isn’t a problem of PTSD). He’s tried sleeping pills and the herbs, but none of it seems to work. We got a Sleep Number bed, and that’s helped a lot, and then we’ve tried using the ChiliPad and it’s worked wonders. If I set the bed cooler to 70F or below he can sleep through the night. I definitely recommend the ChiliPad if you are having troubles sleeping, you can experiment with the temperature and there’s a huge range, so maybe making it hotter is right for some people, cooler for others.
