The sun is out :) .... I can hear the birdies chirping in my yard ... and I'm enjoying my cappuccino yogurt.

Today is a Professional Development Day so the kids won't be at school but the staff will all be there to work on planning for fall. Class placements, reconfigurations (as our school is changing from Kindergarten to grade 7 - to Kindergarten to grade 5) ...

My own kids are sleeping in as they were both out late last night. I'm looking forward to sleeping in (at least a bit) tomorrow morning AND Monday is a holiday for Victoria Day. :D

Time to get dressed and water my flowers before I head off to work ...

Hey, heres the answer for you! I've got a Saitek keyboard that lights up! And...woo-woo...you can choose which color of the three choices (red, white or blue). It even has a way to dim the light or turn it up!

seriously, I have been living in FL since 1991 and i have never had to run the ac almost continuously thru the winter.....it's been warm and humid and we have had more rain this winter than we did during the summer:eek:

Well, I've been out of bed at 3:50am every morning (well..Monday thru Friday) since last Monday. I don't wanna say "up", and would by lyin' if I said "awake"..It was 37 here in my little corner of Minnesota this morning. Only supposed to be mid-20's tomorrow morning, but I'll enjoy it while I can. The expected HIGHS this weekend a sweltering 5 above.
