That's what I'm talking about! I like the idea of open shelves in the kitchen. Cupboards are too high for me.

I guess I watch too much HGTV .. and Clean House .. and have picked up some shelving ideas ... and Vowel Lady is right on about the CLEAR tote containers - it's great for all my quilt fabric and craft storage ... watch for sales at Wal Mart!

I love love love the open-shelve kitchen storage ... just can't do that here in the apartment .. but will be my option when it's my own place!!

and I have the shelving strips and boards (plus they are so inexpensive at Menards or Fleet Farm!)
