I actually miss Health Boards. I fit in a lot better over there. I agree with the fact that the mods are better here and the rules are not so draconian. It has been really hard for me to get any conversations going here. I guess it is just the culture/type of people here are not where I fit? I am the type of person who wants to talk about heavy and loaded issues. This doesn't seem like a board to do that sort of thing?

I am still a member at Healthboards but only because that's where a lot of confused and desperate people find themselves first. I was one of those people. There is a lot of misinformation so I try to help out. It's a shame that the "rules" sometimes prevent people from getting the information they need.

Oh Sannah, I am sorry to hear that. I remember you from Healthboards, specifically from the relationship boards. You always gave great advice.

You could always start a new user name and email address over there if you wanted. I thought about it but I am still upset over how rudely I was treated. They are just not worth my time.

It is funny b/c we were all anonymous over at HB, yet, I felt like I knew some of the people so well. I think you just have to give any new thing a long try before you start to feel comfortable. Hang in there!

(((((((((Sannah and Junie))))))))))

there is a lot of very deep and heavy discussion that takes place here at NeuroTalk on many of the forums. The lighthearted stuff just helps many cope with all that heavy

I am not sure if you have ever visited DocJohn's other forums at PC. Issues like depression, anxiety, OCD etc discussed at very deep levels there

Hi Chemar, after I wrote my last post I thought about it and this is the conclusion that I came to - that many here do not need any more heavy in their lives.
