This video really moved me, its about not letting life pass us by. Best part starts around the 4 min mark.

Beautiful video.

Really makes you stop and think about all the beautiful, wonderful things God has blessed us with......and how we need to take the time to notice them.

Thanks for sharing it with us.

Default Gratitude journal

As silly as it sounds, I've started a gratitude journal, writing down 5 items a day. My wife actually got me the journal after I told her about the idea. She really wants me to be less depressed!

I've been writing in it for a month, and things do look better. It's hard to look on the bright side, but gratitude is the attitude!

That's a great idea, Zipster. We could all benefit if we did the same thing. In fact, I'm going to take your suggestion and list five things each day that I'm grateful for. I'm grateful for the fact that I can probably list more than 5!

Wow, good for you, Kitty! It's really helped me, and scientific studies have shown that the effects are not just strong, but long-lasting. It's weird to think that a basically kinda easy task would have such an effect, but man, it really works! (At least for me...plus, all those studies!)
