Thanks SD---I needed a good laugh today!! Who would want to be around anyways.....I dont get how one could prepare so much for unknown like the end of the world. I understand storing stuff thru storms ...etc...thats about it.

DH would probably be one who wants to survive...with the cockroaches. I'd only want to survive if the pole shift predicted puts Chicago where Hawaii nownsits

Many "2012 prophets," such as David Icke, has thought ahead of the problem of this not occurring and added that "..it will transpire into 2013 where we will see great changes."

A thing's telling me we won't see anything unnatural occurring anytime soon. If at all, pretty far from now.

Heck I thought the end of the world was 12-12, and I even whet to a party to say I survived the date. Didn't know we were up for another end of world senero. Lets party! after all what could you really do about it!!! ginnie

I believe we will go thru a period possibly a long one before the final end more than the 7 years of the tribulation. America is on the verge of social and economic collapse. Our national debt is not a mere 17 trillion but more like 85 trillion taking into account social sscurity and medicare. There are more people drawing some type govt paymentbthan paying into the system. What do you think when all of the people living on the govt tit will do when their snap card is empty and will not be refilled. They will stsrt to steal in mass.
This is more what preppers are securing against. If you don't prepare what will you do?

I have given serious thought to all the what if's. Einstein worried 50 years ago for our future. I give thanks each and every day I have, and pray for guidance for our planet. These are times of great change, and I'd like to hope we are smart enough to get through it. I refuse to focus on things I do not have control of. Just how would an elderly lady who is disabled survive?. That picture isn't a good one. So....I try to stay positive, help my community, do something to make a difference. It costs a great deal of money to be a prepper. ginnie

And there have been several during my 51 years.

We were in St George Island Florida, standing on a deck overlooking a bay with a drink in hand thinking.....our whole family is here.....if it's our time what better a place for it to happen then here....at a place we love dearly with all of our family ?

I'm an eternal optimist (which drives my husband crazy ! )
