coffee is the first thing I make in the morning before hitting the shower.
I missed the talk of weight - oh well not my favorite subject - I don't do well at sticking with any set eating plan.

I suck at getting my 16 yr old daughter to school on time - she takes hrs to dress and do make up and hair!
no matter how I nag or remind her to get a move on she is always late.
I know -I know! I'm too easy! she should be old enough to get her fanny there on time.

But she is my baby and only girl - the boys are 23 , 25, 28.
She is a good kid though - not snotty or backtalky {is that a word?} at all.

Jo, I remember that with my youngest and will be going through it again with my little man...

It was difficult. :(

What did help us was for her to plan out everything she could the night before...clothes, books, hair style, etc. Then in the morning all she had to do was follow through...the decision making, which took the longest and had us both running around like a hen on a hot rock after a worm was done the night before.

AWWWWWW that she's your baby and only girl. You two will continue an amazing relationship. :)

oy...jo...lil'monkey just turned 13. thank goodness she has soccer before school. hehehe..her coaches have to deal with al the primpy girls every morning. but still, i can;t for the life of me figure out what takes her an hour before we leave. hair in a poney tail...gym shorts...t-shirt..soccer pads and cleats. i make her pick out her clothes the night before.

hahahaha...grandmonkey just came in the office. he was sooo animated. MeMe! MeMe that big white thing with the circle is going crazy!

then he runs down the hall and back. nope...MeMe..it's the black thing in the kitchen.

hehe..it is the dishwasher. couple of plastic cups must be knocking around. earlier it had been the washing machine. :p he was so excited he was at a loss for words.
