the ways of life at times can get real foggy
flooding our minds so much, it leaves us groggy
through this fog, sometimes we lose our way
wondering what to do and what to say
we are taught to be strong, to keep us safe and sound
which can get really hard to do when no one is around
how, what, why, can be so over whelming and hard to see
answers we need so badly to help make our hearts free
we reach out for others when we stumble or fall
tis better to reach out, then to hit a wall
