Default Car troubles

Hi all, I am a car guy down to the bone. I bought a new 2013 Scion xD in April of 2013, and it is a manual transmission car. Well, since I have developed small fiber neuropathy, I have been having more and more difficulty driving it. I would like to trade it in for an automatic car, but being so new, I owe more money than it is worth, and without a significan down payment, I am SOL. Money is tight because of all the doctor visits and scans. Does anybody know if there is anything I can do, or am I stuck with this car for a few more years? Thank you all in advance..
