Default mugginess or depression

i dont know whats wrong with me

depression or something

sometimes it seems if i eat some sugar in coffee i feel better and circulation is better ,but i thought sugar is bad

maybe its despair and lack of stuff to do like a job

or mugginess in the air in spring or breathing is weird

i wonder if others felt like this

sometimes i feel i could die or pretty odd feeling i guess

then i take aspirin and i feel better then it comes back the next day

clouds

so sorry you are feeling like this

I dont think sugar is bad, it is just bad for thise who dont toerate it well and also bad if we use too much of it. I think sugar is a lot healthier than the artificial sweeteners like nutrasweet/aspartame, splenda/sucralose etc.
We use pure turbinado sugar cos our doc said that is healthier

Do you have allergies clouds? sometimes that can cause that muggy/depressed feeling too.

I hope you find a good hobby or something that will inspire you clouds

remember we are always here for you

Hi clouds

I am doing fine thanks. My name is Cheri and my username is a combo of letters of my full name I have used it since I first started posting online in 2000.

so
do you have any hobbies clouds, or things that you especially enjoy doing?

I have an online business. I go to yard sales etc and buy up stuff and then resell on eBay and my other webstores. Pays the bills and I have fun doing it Started as a collecting hobby, and then when my husband got ill and had to close his computer biz, I turned it into an eBay business and now he and I work together at it from home.
