Frown sleep

I am a slave to my pain levels and medication schedule. I go to bed between 2 and 3 am. I wake up by 7 but stay completely still until 10 am. My pain spikes as soon as I put my foot on the floor. Because my new pain meds are every 6 hours hours and I simply CAN NOT make it past 5 hours , I have to plan daily activities around pain meds. I have to stay up as late as possible so that I can stay in bed until 10. I have severe pain from polyneuropathy in hands up my arms and feet up my legs.

i read your very first post. wow. I'm so sorry. I am 46 an get clocked by couple of head injuries and the head pain was terrifying the first two years. now it just stinks

i don't know what to say except there is a pain forum on the board somewhere but the moderators know all that stuff. they would be glad to let you know.\

However, i am around to send a message to or chat up if you get down. most of the head injury people cant stay on computer that long. I can. But i cant stand up lately without getting very faint and they are having trouble figuring out why so i am home on the couch on the computer too much!!!

I hope with Medicaid you will get the answers you need. and the help. there is a lot of help to be found on this board. once you get o the right forum
