Just got out was in there for 2 days need a stress time out that is what I will call it but I think I just need to be off the computer anyways wanted to tell you all I come and go and read but I was there to get away for a short time not wanting to kill myself just need to learn to breath again

Just wanted to say kudos for taking care of yourself and recognizing the need for help. I hope that you are feeling more settled. Do follow up on aftercare to maintain those gains and keep up the good work!
