Shocked Barometer, Heat AND Humidty are High...

That's when I feel my worst. Like today, I have to go in my room and lay down. The pressure in my head is unbearble, I am sweating like a hog and I'm soaking wet.

All these things converging on me at once is intolerable.

This too shall pass and then we'll talk about being too cold. For the last 2 yrs here in So. Cal by the ocean, I have had my fan in my living room going non stop. We are in a break in the heat starting yesterday and it's much more tolerable but fan is still going.

They tell us the planet is warming, maybe they are correct. I have felt so much worse with our high heat and humidity, which we don't have normally but understand it all, I guess and yes I lay down more.

The beachgoers love this weather and our town is so crowded with folks coming down to the beach.

I don't sweat much and I've heard that could be due to lower cortisol...didn't know that. People with higher cortisol sweat more I've heard from a friend. Hang in...

Yes, I don't care about those either. They bother me. Not good.

I hope you have cooled off this evening?

The heat and humidity are very high here, too.
I went to an air-conditioned mall to get a walk in today. Most people I know had stayed indoors as much as possible today.

I have to have air conditioning in my living space. My nerves/muscles do not work well in heat/humidity, nor in the cold.

I hope everyone is having a comfortable day/night.

Try running cool water or ice over pulse points like inside the wrist or elbows.

Also, I like to wet my hair.
