Default Work out

Just wondering if any of you go to a gym and sweat!! Or are you a runner?
You all must break a sweat or you will never get better. Endorphins increase with excerise and that will make you feel better. Just go for a walk you will fell better.

I like to go swimming, that's my favourite way to relax and get fit. I always feel better after a swim. I used to jog but it wasn't good for my joints.

Lots of us would love to just "go for a walk". I miss walking around my neighborhood on nice evenings.

I miss exercising and the benefits I saw from it. Unfortunately, I have MS now and getting overheated turns me into a noodle. If breaking a sweat would make me better believe me I would do it. All it does is immobilize me and then it takes me hours....sometimes days.....to recover.

Exercise and being active is what I miss the most.

I walk briskly for about 30 minutes a day. It is good for my aerobic fitness and it gives me a chance to practice mindfulness - just noticing, without judging, what I see, smell and hear on my walk.

Yep, brisk walks are essential too. I love having a walk round our local park on a weekend. I take the dog over for an hour and he has a run around with his buddies whilst I just stroll around the park watching life pass by.
