Mad I just wrote this in my appeal which is so traumatic

IT IS JUST SHOCKING TO ME.

IF SOMEONE PULLED THE EARS AND LEGS OFF A LIVING DOG YOU’D BE SHOCKED AND PUNISH THE PERSON, YET I’M BEING TORTURED AND NOTHING IS DONE.

I HAD A CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM DISEASE, SO THIS KIND OF STRESS IS EXCRUTIATINGLY PAINFUL.

I DON’T SEE HOW ANYONE WITH ANY EXPERIENCE OF CORRUPT JUDICIARY CAN HAVE ANY FAITH IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM.

IT IS SURE NOT A JUSTICE SYSTEM.

I DON’T KNOW HOW I CAN FINISH THIS WHEN THE FACTS ARE AS THEY ARE AND ON THE BASIS OF THESE CONSISTENT DENIALS OF DUE PROCESS MY CONDO WAS TAKEN. I AM SO SHOCKED AND IN TRAUMA..
Well, that's what I've written and it's true.

The judge was so angry that I was able to keep my home after the state court foreclosed it (I had three properties) by using the bankruptcy laws...
what power hungry meglomaniacs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gangs in the inner cities are no worse than these self protecting judges.

Thumbs Up

You know what, I posted at Ebay and on Treehuggers, and I got such great encouragement from people on both sites.

Karen

you have had to go through so very much with health and all these other things.

yet you still remain so caring and wanting to help others. bless you for that.

I really hope and pray you get justice for the wrongs done to you

That was really nice of you, Chemar...

It's because the courts have been cheating, and refusing to allow me my rights that it is so stressful.

In The Status Syndrome Marmot says that it's the inability to participate fully in a society that kills people early... shortens their life expectancy.

I can see how that would be.

What SHOCKS me is that the courts do this to people. I mean, I know they aren't doing it to me alone.

Thank you.

I wonder if I should have posted the link to pictures of my condo in this thread...

http://www.health-boundaries-bite.co...-Pictures.html

I would love some support. But equally, I'm not nearly as distressed as the day I could not focus and wrote the all caps thing. (which I think I'm going to leave in. They should know what they do do people. Don't you think?)

Well, I've gotten a LOT done.

If you want to see what I have so far, and see how the all caps bit fits in, here is a link:
http://www.health-boundaries-bite.com/Appeal-Brief.html

It's pretty easy to scroll to the all caps bit, and I've highlighted the most important parts of the law and case law that should be protecting me, and any of you guys that have a disability and need to go to court pro se.
