My kids sleep with so many body pillows there is hardly room for them in the bed, I swear. Body pillows are great, but so in the way when you have to make your bed in the morning...IF you make your bed in the morning. :D

Chemar, thanks for that tidbit about that stuff. I've taken sleeping pills for so long. I've rarely had refreshing sleep for as long as I can remember. It seems a little better now with the CPAP prescribed to me, but that CPAP in itself is hard to get used to. Plus, it's affected, somewhat, the position I sleep in.

No, we've not used that specific brand.
I used to have one from an osteopath but can't remember the brand. These days I use one by Nutrimedicine. (might only be aussie brand... not sure). I'll really need to use this one up before thinking about changing brands. So expensive.
