My kids sleep with so many body pillows there is hardly room for them in the bed, I swear. Body pillows are great, but so in the way when you have to make your bed in the morning...IF you make your bed in the morning.

Chemar, thanks for that tidbit about that stuff. I've taken sleeping pills for so long. I've rarely had refreshing sleep for as long as I can remember. It seems a little better now with the CPAP prescribed to me, but that CPAP in itself is hard to get used to. Plus, it's affected, somewhat, the position I sleep in.

No, we've not used that specific brand.
I used to have one from an osteopath but can't remember the brand. These days I use one by Nutrimedicine. (might only be aussie brand... not sure). I'll really need to use this one up before thinking about changing brands. So expensive.
