You can get all kinds of ergonomic things.


Most ergonomic mouse pads seem to involve giving the wrist a resting place. It may be important to get the best possible fit in a mouse pad. I've had some episodes of stiffness in my hand or part of it that haven't been fun.

I've gone thru some mouse pads for my desk top and finding that a pot holder I thought of is doing the job for me.
