Unhappy California Fires

I just wanted to say I hope anyone in the areas of the fires are safe and don't lose their homes, families or pets.

Ours has moved a bit closer to us, it's ~3 miles from us now but we should be completely safe. With the Santa Ana winds, it's caused quite a problem controlling the fires. I am not sure with the other areas, but ours (Santiago) is suspected to be arson. I heard some information regarding the Lake fire and they supposedly caught someone trying to set an additional fire, and put it out and arrested the man. I'm not sure on that one, though as I just got the call about it.

Overall, it very stinky here and hot today and not being able to use AC or open windows is a burden. Not to mention, everything outside is covered in ash.

The fire here is still remaining around 30% contained, but they recently had to back out due to dangers and winds, so that may change as they are forced to let a lot of this burn for now.

Anyway, I hope anyone else in the other 10? fire areas is safe!
