I too am a bit of a "Tea Snob". I must have at least a dozen different kinds of tea in the house at all times BUT I DO Love my coffee too. I Never have drunk coffee Black. When I started out I used 2 sugars and cream. Now I just have cream, Half and Half. Growing up my Mother's favourite way to have coffee was with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, especially during the summer months. I can handle that occassionally but it is just too rice for my taste now that I am older. She LOVED the "Rich" foods and ended up with all her arteries clogged and had quadruple bypass a few years before she passed. But I saw how she suffered. It's best to go easy on the fats. If you have a choice between sugar and fat, go with the sugar, unless you have other dietary restrictions like diabetes. I don't know of another disease that would make you limit your intake of sugar, if you do, I'd like to hear it.
