Oh My Goodness!! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you all so much for the creative
birthday wishes ~'.'~

I'm officially "FIFTY" today....... gosh, it looks so much older when written in capital letters. I think I'll refrain from doing that again.........

I happen to be off of work this week and have been do some late spring cleaning getting things ready for the winter. As I'm putting summer clothes away, my door bell rings and there stood my daughter and her fiance' with a huge bouquet of the pinkest roses I have ever seen! I was completely taken by surprise because they live in New York City, which is about 100 miles from me, so I don't get to see them too often. Never mind on a weekday! They both took the day off of work, rented a car instead of taking the train in just so they could surprise me and take me out for lunch......... I'm still grinning from ear to ear ~~"_"~~ Of course, my husband was in on the whole thing and never whispered a word to me........ I'll let this one slide :-)
