LOL you guys. I didn't even see Sandy and couldn't figure out why she posted the same picture as Kay. Too funny. Yet very creative Sandy.

Sandy - the wicked witch should be big enough to do something with.

*ducking out now* :OuttaHere:

Love you, Kay!:D

Mornin everyone, well for day 3 now I feel like I've been run over...so tired and achy I can't stand it...dang steroid crash! Talked to Sandy on the phone last night and kept her from cooking dinner LOL.

I am going to start putting Olivia in a home daycare for 3 days aweek so she can have some time with other kids her age instead of being cooped up while I am homeschooling. We found a really sweet girl who is licensed thru the base childcare center (which means lots of rules) and actually lives on base so its convenient as well. Not sure how I feel about that yet...I know she will have a ball but I am already suffering empty nest anxiety and she hasn't even gone there yet!!

The people are coming to install my new garage door today,and my attorney is calling me for a phone conference at 3:30 today relating to my upcoming ALJ hearing YAY!

Renee, sorry to hear about the steroid crash. Hope you feel better soon. :hug:

Even though you'll miss her, the daycare may be a good idea. It could help both of you. Olivia gets a chance to play with kids around her age and you get small breaks from her lively personality. Glad you found someone close by. I really hope it works out.

~~~~~
Someone dumped more snow on us last night. :rolleyes: It is pretty, but I'm hoping they get some of these roads cleared up by the time I have to go to work.
The economy is getting bad. Starting next week I go in an hour later than I have been. Boss is feeling the crunch.
Just sipping my coffee right now and hoping all works out in the end.
Have a great day everyone. :)
hey all ... I have some 'romantic' news to share .. I gotten a call the other day from this guy saying his name was "JIM" .. it didn't click with me - I don't know of any JIM ... nope, not Sandy's Jim tho ..
well to make a LONG cute story short .. after 5 days of this guy calling me 3 times and leaving a message (one was returning my voicemail on monday) ... I got thru last night at 630pm (after Jeopardy, of course) ...
we talked until 8 .. I dated this guy fall of 2001 (around 9/11 time) ... and he has 2 boys .. at the time 10-12 .. and thought I was cool - but he was just going thru a divorce .. and I didn't need any 'thanks, but I'm going back to my wife' thing .. then I started seeing this other guy (who has 2 girls the same age and a vicious ex ... and ALL hated me) ..
so I moved to Beaver Dam in June 2002 .. back up here in April 2005 ... and saw Jim and the boys in Spring that year and Evan (was 14/15) taught me how to fish off the dock ... and so when I wrote my book - I acknowledged him in it! ... but Jim was moving down to Green Bay ... with the boys .. I was heart-broken ... (but still bought fabric to make a quilt for Evan)
so, I haven't seen or talked to Jim since late Spring 2005 .. until last night! we talked like we saw each other yesterday! .. the first thing he said was that he heard that I was sick and wasn't doing good this last year ... so I told him about my MS ..
found out that he's been looking for my number (from the card I sent to Evan) for quite awhile since he's moved up here ...
okay ... breathe breathe .. sounds like he'll be calling again!!
p.s. and he knows how to FIX and make things .. and hunts and fishes!!
