I think we're still in shock:confused: over what happened there and still trying to get past it.

Lot's of things were left unfinished for us. It's tough but we will get over it:grouphug:

That's all we wanted, just a warm place to sit and talk, cheer each other up - these folks have always been so good at that. We're family.

We had a nice home and things got weird there, sorry to vent about it here. They basically said no off topic chat. They couldn't afford it and the sponsors were getting restless.

I was telling my DH (MR. LOGIC) about the other place closing the Cafe and stuff. He said "so what difference does it make to the sponsers".. Wouldn't they just want people to be there to see their ads?

I mean how many times can you post about their product. I think things would end fast if thats all that was talked about.

We oldies pretty much know about all the DMD's and the sites that are offering trial opportunities. The newbies could find all kinds of answers at the forums dealing with specific MS symptoms or drug info, etc.

The other sites are enjoyable for taking ones mind somewhere else. Playing, laughing, creating and general stuff.

There were many other forums for tech info and medication stuff, or symptomology.

On this site I enjoy going to all the various communities. It's great.

I also took it to read that "they" were concerned about keeping sponsors happy. I did not quite understand the logic. I also e-mailed my concerns and opinions but, like you, was absolutely ignored.

Like others have said, it may be best to drop the old and embrace the new.
