i have a wax plant that is an off shoot from my grandmother's plant. she passed away before i was 1...so...over 40 years ago.

i have never gotten my plant to flower. hubby has "helped" and over watered it a few times. it's really not looking well. it's still pretty green, but it's not full like it used to be and only has one long shoot hanging down.

it's all snug in a new smaller pot. i haven't done the cuttings yet. i was afraid of shocking it.

i made sure i rinsed off the roots of all the old dirt. there was lots of dead stuff. looked kinds yucky.
