Default kids on a plane!!!!

When I was single this would be right up there with Snakes on a Plane.
Wait,,,it still is. Im going to San Diego with 3 kids (2yo, 3yo, 4yo)and hubby
AAAAAAAAgh!!!!!!! HAH...imagine the poor guy who has the seat next to us!!!!

Any suggestions.....2.5 hour flight?
Also I was told that 2 years and over dont require car seats.????? What?????
