I was so excited I had to take a pill to sleep last nite.



They are going to edit the piece and send it back to me for approval, then notify me when it goes out, so you will know when I do.

I was trying to put it out of my mind to focus on my other projects - this month I entered a script contest and have been going nutty trying to finish an entire screenplay in April, and i've never done one before. Then I had a few stories I was working on, aside from that.

I've been writing about 30 hours a week, on top of the babysitting, zoo keeping (lol) and general house work.

This one doesn't pay a ton of money, but that's not the point. The point is the validation. That maybe it's not all in vain.

Even if only that one story is good, it was all worth it.
