Default New TV show- Farmer takes a Wife

Kind of a more real life version of "The Bachelor" .

Cute farmer from a small town looking for a wife - and 10 city girls go to see if they win his heart and to learn about doing farm chores LOL
It seems more real and a lot less scripted than the other bachelor type shows.

anyone else found a new show that they like?
I haven't watched much TV lately because I haven't found too many that I like this year.
I did watch The Apprentice - liked it - I was rooting for Trace to win - but oh well.

I saw the previews for this one - I think I'll watch it. At least I can start watching from the beginning....and not have to pick up in the middle and nt have a clue as to what's happening.

I think my favorite is Beauty and the Geek.

I wouldn't be surprised that they suggested he keep her on to cause drama with the other girls.

We have this one too...... Australia having lots & lots of farmers in the outback and all that. Any women who were born there tend to move out the moment they have the means to do so, and women really don't just move to these places. I mean.....why would they?

I'm not sure how popular it's been in audience numbers, but the last series just finished with 2 or 3 of the 6 farmers getting married (I forget which), and with the possibilty of another one.

Most of these guys are cute, and the only reason they're bachelors is that there are no women around for them to meet.

I think of the USA as a country full of big cities, and very few farmers! I guess that's about the same as American's thinking they'll see kangaroos hopping down the street in Sydney, when they first come to visit.
