I really miss playing piano accompaniment for my DD -- she used to take voice lessons and perform in competitions. Very fun memories you are making with your dear Mom.

you're so brave too - I was way to shy to ever do anything like sing a solo or video myself and show it to anyone when I was a teenager.

evil mother was making faces and playing with my monkey face bulletin board.

one thing about lil'monkey..never had a shy bone in her body.

yep. pretty proud.

added: ugh..if anyone has any tips on uploading to youtube to let me know. this video isn't in sinc either.

Great job, Lil'Monkey! My son used to sing in the choir too. Attending those concerts was such a thrill. Go ahead and get back at that evil mother of yours by singing your heart out and watching her explode with pride in the audience.
