Wink

We have an upright Panasonic which we must have bought 25 years ago. It has been wonderful and has beaters and great suction. It really works great. It also works on bare floors by moving the brushes up and out of the way. We just now, after all these years, had to replace a belt. No big deal. I used it for years but now my husband does the vacuuming as it's too hard on my back anymore.

I do have a really lightweight Dirt Devil upright that I can use to just get the stuff up on the top. But, I only use that in an emergency. Otherwise, the Panasonic is wonderful.

I have heard that that one with the ball is really great and I don't doubt it. If I ever have to get another one, that might be the one to get. But for now my husband solves the problem

GET A SHARK STEAM MOP!!!!

lol lol lol lol lol lol

I'm big on Sharks, as you can see!!!

Also, Dustbuster, by Black and Decker, are pretty good for stairs. They are continually re-charging and you can just snap it out, use it and snap it back into it's holder. Pretty neat.

Thanks for all the advice everyone.

I have decided that since Curious likes to vacuum everyday I will just have her do mine too.

Leaning towards the dyson.

Monkey vacuums everyday? Yikes!

I look at my vacuum everyday...

Yeah...FG decided you be buying lunch when she found out that I was treating you all to Costco Dogs!

Do you have a problem with hot dogs Shel? I don't.
