Default My Dinner Conversation

Thought this would be a good place to share our family conversation at dinner tonight.
My d.h. announced he wants to try out for the show "Survivor" thats onT.V.
Me and the girls busted out laughing .I guess they have try outs for the show somewhere here in fla. I thought maybe Chemar would make a better contestant since she has taken on a rhino, amoung other things .
I am still laughing picturing my hub on some island snoring and know for sure hed be voted of very fast. My oldest added hed be the old guy that always complains. so we have dared him to go try out. cant wait to get to the end of this one I am sure I am in store for more laughing either way.
PEACE
BMW

ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!! Warmed up cat food taste like fish casserole? LMAO I knew there was a reason I hate fish.

Wouldn't it be great if he got on and won though? If he can eat cat food and think it's a great casserole, who knows?

Burntmarshmellow,
Remind me never to eat at your house!!!!! 8-0 (?)

He must really love you if he ate that and lied to you!!! Time passes, but we remember the past. Maybe he is a survivor whether he gets on the show or not and if time has him snoring and with other changes.

Reminds me of an old episode of Good Times with Esther Rolle, and Jimmy Walker (anyone remember that one??).

The episode concerned a neigbor who was so poor she ate dog food.

So one day the family invites the poor neighbor over for dinner.

She arrives carrying a 'MEATLOAF". She announces "I am famous for my Meatloaf", it's really delicious. Now everybody is aware that she has been using dog food so they are all looking at each other.

They are saying grace around table, holding hands, and it's the 23rd Psalm, I believe that they are saying. It gets to the part where you say "The Lord is My Shepherd".

And JJ blurts out: "THE LORD IS MY GERMAN SHEPHERD"!!!

I don't think I laughed like that in a long time.

P.S. I hope you put away the cat food after that
