After I talked about that guy in my pop-up camper my sis happened to send me this http://www.familywatchdog.us/ It tells you where any criminals live, in YOUR neighborhood. I didn't believe it could be real, at first. Then thought how it must be illegal to put namkes & such on the computer if it's not true. Also, it's just a matter of public record.
You just write your street & city & zip and it comes up with a map of your area & marking the adresses of the offenders.
(On that 1st part, since I wasn't sure if I wanted to write my own street, I wrote the name of the street around the block.)

I looked on this site and offenders that I already knew of (thanks to the school district's notifications) were on it. Thank you for this site info.

The Family Watchdog (FW) site draws its data from individual state registries. If your state has a SOR database, you may be better off checking it - in addition. Some times, the FW site is missing data that reveals in the states' offender data.

You don't want to know what I found out when I put in my zip code. I knew about this site some time ago.

We have our share of perverts. Mostly adult men over the age of 50 who have been arrested for being a pedophile.

I'm afraid to go and check again.
