Default Shout out to the Veterans

Today I spent several hours at the veterans hospital and rehab center with an injured friend. Even though I have been before it has been several years and the experience was eye opening. The paper and the news doesn't touch on what these guys are going through. I met a lot of remarkable young soldiers who are being treated there and am amazed by what they have experienced and the spirit these guys (and ladys) still have.

Give these guys a shout out when you think of it! And, your prayers won't hurt either. They deserve it!

Hi Bets~ I always acknowledge our Vets, past and present. I always see young men in uniform when I'm at the airport and stop them and say Thank you. One guy turned around, caught up w/me and said Thank you right back at me. It was so heartwarming.

My Dad had been at a VA Hosp before and it really does make you think when you see some of those older Vets. All remarkable men and women!

My husband currently receives his care at a VA hospital and we thank you. Shouting out to all vets and soldiers. God bless them all now and in their futures.
