Hi Charlie,
I'm from Indianapolis- best known in the US for the Indy 500 race. I have a British connection. My mom's family is from London, but I guess her grandfather was stripped of his citizenship and deported to Canada for crimes against the realm. Guess that's frowned on over there. :(
My apologies to the Brits- think you are great.
Sarah

I'm from Vermont...think Ben & Jerry's :D

My son-in-love used to work there, and he'd bring me bags of pints. That's why I look like cookie dough.

Hi Charlie,

I now reside in Oregon, which people tell me has similar weather to the U.K. Rainy, drizzly, all around damp.

I was born and raised in New Mexico. Quite a contrast from Oregon! But I got tired of the persistent dry heat and drought in NM.

Welcome!

I'm in the Houston, Texas area. At this very minute, I'm in my office at the Johnson Space Center, about 200' away from the space shuttle control room and 400' away from the space station control room.

Where am I? Well I'm right here of course. Oh! You mean where do the bills and junk mail go to find me. That would be Lancaster, Pennsylvania, which is about two hours west of Philadelphia. Signing of the Declaration of Independence from England and all that history. Some of my ancestors are from England. I'd like to visit some day. Welcome aboard!

Guilty as charged!

Like Lor, I'm in Ohio just south of the lake where the weather - as usual - has been unpredictable. Very rainy and cool, lots of thunder storms. Yuck.
