Crazy Just venting (and crying)

I have been a crappy mood lately (don't know why really) but the kids have really been acting up, there fighting all the time, calling each other really bad names, it's been so hot that they don't even want to play outside. DH has been working a lot so he hasn't been dealing with the kids so I have to deal with them most of the time. My SX's are acting up, I'm sure a lot of it has to do with the stress, I'm trying REALLY hard to not let anything get to me.

Than this crap with my mom, BTW she still hasn't called me and I'm NOT calling her. I'm not letting this get to me but I really feel for her sister, she's sick and I know she must just worry 24/7 about my mom. I love my aunt a lot and don't want her worrying her shelf over this.

Than tonight DH is also in a really bad mood, he yelled at the kids a lot because they were really acting up at dinner, he didn't even sit down with us and eat. Than after dinner while I was doing the dishes (by hand, the dishwasher broke yesterday) the 4 year old starts crying from his room and before I could get in there DH was already there. Well the 5 year old stuck something in the 4 years old ear. I go back there to look in his ear to make sure it's OK and DH yells at me that while I was in the kitchen doing the dishes that I could hear the 4 year old crying and did nothing about it. OMG, he was in bed watching TV in the room right next to the little boys! Well DH really blow up when I yelled back at him and he stormed out of the house.

Oh goody, as I'm typing this at 10:15pm someone on our street is doing fireworks. Well we are in the city so I hope someone calls the cops on them if they keep doing it.

RRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrr, while I was here fixing a typo 4 of the kids go up and are running all over the house!

And this is really hard not having anyone that understands MCS to talk with.

Just a little update, it's now an hour later from when I posted this. 3 of the kids are STILL up and fight if I'm not standing over them and DH still isn't back home.

Hey again, Julie! I've talked to three people so far tonight, and all of them have been you. LOL I'm so sorry that today was such a bad day. Just taking care of seven children would be hard enough, without the other complications.

I suffer some from MCS. I used to work around chemicals all the time and they never bothered me. I owned an auto repair shop. But once I became ill it seems I started developing several chemical sensitivities. I also have fibro, but it's secondary for me. It's been six years since I became ill, and just a little while back they finally diagnosed me with a type of spreading nerve illness. I think they just got embarrassed at their own inability to find what was wrong, so they made up some name to put on the charts.

Anyway, I understand a good part of what you're going through, and you have my moral support. I hope tomorrow turns out to be a much better day for you, and feel welcome to vent whenever you want! If I see it, I'll answer. Good luck, Julie.

Hey Julie,

Sorry for your awful evening! Gosh, it brings back memories of when our two boys would fight! And to think you have seven little darlings to keep track of! You're doing a really good job, and I'm sorry for the tough patch.

I hope things settle down for you. I can't imagine how stressful it must be at times for you. Please take care of yourself and try to get some rest.

You know we have a new board here for MCS, it's on the allergy board. Hope to see you over there also.

julie sorry so much is hitting you at once, and you are feeling down, are the kids old enough to do house hold chores? that was my answer if they didnt settle down they did house work, just a thought, it did work for me,

as for your mom good luck family issues always suck, and when you are feeling bad it just makes it worse

Thank you.
The kids are.......
boy 4
boy 5
boy 6
girl 8
boy 9
boy 10 (ADHD)
boy 11
They have chores but there is still SO much they can't do (or just want do right ). We have tried the cleaning when there acting up and it does work a bit. They just love cleaning the bathrooms. And they see how the 10 year acts and they all think it's OK to act that way.
