Funny, but somehow..thru your thread...

guess what I did!!!! I GOT A BUNCH OF HOUSE CLEANING DONE..WOOHOOO SO tomorrow on my day off and the next day...I can wake to a straightened house....(not too often is it clutter free with five kids...you know how it is)

You know, I could do a low fat version of this.

Using chicken, low fat sour cream, low sodium chicken soup, low fat shredded cheese, (leaving out the taco shells, (if they have carbs I mean, I can always check on this).

But the rest sounds really good.

Can't do it in the heat (I don't have air conditioning), but boy, in the fall, I most certainly will try this.
