You're hysterical!!!!

Oh, by the way, I saw X-files, I want to believe.

HATED IT.

It's nothing like what they showed on tv or in their last movie.

Stinko!!!

Mamma Mia was far better.

Have you ever seen (or Mel, used :)) that micro-pan thats has one end to hold veggies or something, plus water and has a handle? It's plastic & not real big (about a quart). You kinda slide the lid on. I bought one at the store then later I found one at a garage sale. You can warm your food in water in the pan then just dump it over the sink pouring out the water cuz of the holes in the lid.
I'm not sure this is an add cuz I don't name a certain name  :D
I use one for when we camp (we have a small micro for reheating) & the other at home.

Lor:

There isn't a single thing in my house that is not MICRO READY.

I have micro pans, I have EVERYTHING that you can cook something in the microwave with. I have covers, etc

But this is my first Pasta container, especially made to cook pasta in.

That's the only thing I didn't have.

What I did buy a long time ago was this big Pasta Pot with built in Strainer.

What a pain in the butt that thing was. Had to lift the heavy thing full of water, place it on the stove, AND IT TOOK FOREVER FOR THE WATER TO BOIL, because there were two pots actually, One was the huge strainer thing inside the pot.

Oh my god, how heavy that thing was.

So if this thing works, and I never have to lift a pot of water again, WELL, ALAN CAN MAKE HIS OWN PASTA, now can't he???

Ha!!!! lol

i'll see if i can find a link to the one lor is talking about. it's a microwave one. as seen on tv. :D

couldn't even find it on www.asseenontv.com

it's a microwave pot to cook pasta and other foods. it has a lid that has holes to strain the water. the handles have holes that you can use to measure the right amount of pasta to use. *eyeroll

I like the Videos

And like the Pasta maker good for Bob and I like the veggie part. Why because with The PN in the hands less likely to burn,or see blisters next
day. I wish you would UTUBE that fact that a lot of us have hands, that are not strong for medical reasons, but I'm sure you will and glad of it,hope you like it even Bob can use it...Hugs to all Sue

Pasta N More

I had to sign up just to give you info on the pasta pot you're looking for. I was watching at the gym and here is the link:

OK, so it won't let me post a link because I don't have 10 posts. Type in pasta n more dot com and you'll find it.

I can't seem to find any reviews of it but it looks interesting. Of course, every extra thing is more money...

Good luck!

Mel, I guess a pasta pot for the micro would be good to have. Especially if you make allot of pasta.
Curious, I don't know what that pan is called

You crack me up, Mel. I am a gadget guru also. I LOVE kitchen gadget stores and always check out Walgreen's As Seen on TV aisle. I LOVE my Ped Egg and have bought several for gifts. One of the best inventions ever.

Keep those demo's coming.
