Thumbs up Disabled vets and clothing allowance

Just curious if any vet's here got their annual clothing allowance this month? Jim's is late and that's not normal. Hopefully we'll get it Monday.

For those not familiar with this program through the veteran's administration: Any veteran who is entitled to receive compensation for a service connected disability for which he or she uses prosthetic or orthopedic appliances may receive an annual clothing allowance. The allowance also is available to any veteran whose service connected skin condition requires prescribed medication that irreparably damages the veteran's outer garments.

For more information call your local VA office or the PVA. Here is the application: Veteran's Clothing Allowance application

I always get mine before the September pay. Usually that week before.

Thanks Jmillier! I couldn't remember so I called the PVA. They told me by the end of the month.
