Politics Oprah "thinks" she is pulling a fast one

Seems Oprah is denying that she is playing political favorites.
Viewers are clammoring that they want S. Palin on the show and she is refusing to put her on. According to her website, she didn't refuse. She simply doesn't want to put her on "now." Says that perhaps after the election she will do this.

However, didn't she have Obama on twice? Oh yes...that might have been either before the election or very early on. However, didn't she either imply or come right out and say that this person (BO) would make a very good president and if he ran she would support him? Didn't she GUSH all over him? Impartial journalist? Hardly. I think something STINKS HERE.

And, didn't she have Bill Clinton on relatively recently? Oh yes, Bill wasn't running for office. How clever. And Bill is very popular...yep...that's it.

Also...yep, it IS her show. But isn't she allegedly a journalist? Wouldn't ANY journalist in their right MIND KILL to have this popular political candidate on their show? Especially if Oprah thought about the fact that almost all her viewers are women and many might/probably like Palin. Ya know...Palin IS interesting. Palin is a woman. BO was on the show. Clinton was on the show. Women are her audience. Her audience wants her on the show. Duh? Oprah, are you mentally handicapped or are you biased as "all get out?" Please...you pick, 'cause it's one or the other.

Perhaps these women didn't make her rich enough? Perhaps she doesn't care? Do the words ungrateful, unprofessional, uncaring and entitled come to your mind?

I dunno. Let's think about this...
Could it be that Oprah does her shows to promote Oprah? Yes, it's nice that folks get a benefit to her topics. HOWEVER, if OPRAH HERSELF doesn't personally benefit...WELL, YOU AIN'T GONNA HEAR ABOUT IT, NOW ARE YA?

Gee...I WONDER WHY WE GET TO HEAR SO MUCH ABOUT WEIGHT CONTROL? Hmmmm...I wonder?????

I say...how about boycotting this woman's show???? Oprah seems to be more and more self serving.

How much money is she putting back into the welfare of the poor in this country? She seems to donate a lot to those less fortunate in other countries. That is a good thing...don['t get me wrong. But, what about those less fortunate here? She has mentioned contributing to US animal shelters. Are US poor families out of the question? Or is she afraid some of that money might go to families that she doesnt' want that money to go to?

Could Oprah be biased, prejudiced...maybe even racist?

Have we been sold a bill of goods? Has she been educating herself, promoting her own self interests (Think Dr. Oz, etc.) and her political candidate all at OUR EXPENSE?

Think about boycotting her show. Think about boycotting her sponsors.

In the words of Rev. Wright..."Target...no no no."

I'm TIVOing it and looking now and again to see who her advertisers are. Might send out a few letters. They wont be nice ones either.

Put down the Kool Aid Ladies...it's got way too many calories.

Former Oprah Fan who has seen the light. Amen.
