Default biorthym chart

http://www.facade.com/biorhythm/

kind of fun and intriguing - you can compare to see if your up or down cycles match up..

This one is easier to read and if you register you can add more settings-
http://www.freebiorhythm.net/

If you're ever in a weird mood and can't figure out why - you can check these to see if your emotions or intellect are in the low cycle.

ps - just checked and registering for the additional options has a fee.

Triple low! No wonder I've felt so doomed today.

That is kind of why I checked mine -I was feeling in a funky mood for a few days... at least I know it will be gone soon, mostly has passed now already..
Didn't care for it at all....

This site brings back memories. I scheduled my work week around this chart when my symptoms first appeared and I didn't know I was ill. It' all in your attitude.
