Okay, then Miss Smarty Pants: Why are there two moons in the horizon over the Golden Gate bridge? Hmmm?

I've never been to Michigan. No wonder you're anxious to move.

Wink Oh, you've got to be kidding? right? huh?

Those aren't "moons", they are screw holes for
attaching the plate to the car. There are two at the top also!

I suspect that you and AMN have a secret dialog?

Most of the pasties are North of the bridge. Some nice ones in Hessel.(but they are only open in
the summer--the nice bakery)

Are you enjoying your lake effect snow?
We even had some, but it didn't stay.

There is supposed to be a shortage of rock salt and melter this year, so stock up now. We ran out in Feb and couldn't find any. Since we live on a hill, it is critical to get to the cars safely around here. So we bought 4 bags at WalMart on Sunday (which were hidden in the back of autoparts---and no employees could find it). I finally tracked down a manager who happened to walk past me while I was resting on a bench and he called two people to find it for us! I guess he thought I was just a gray haired crazy lady..but I bet he had the melter moved by today. I don't have a good feeling about it this season. We've already had news items about salt shortage. Which is strange since the mine is under Detroit. We use another type product to preserve my garden. The salt would kill all my plants, and I can't have THAT!

We have some friends in Grand Rapids area/Holland who get tons of snow. We are pretty lucky in the SE Metro Det area.
