Remember when you could watch TV as a family and not worry about "those kinds" of commercials coming on? Is nothing sacred anymore????

remember mutual of Omaha.. now watch Jim here wrestle the 2000 foot long crocodile, as I sit here narrating in a safe house

remember Kukla Fran and Ollie

remember even when you were bored outside playing, it was better than being in the house

tin foil was for tv reception and a good smack always helped the horizontal hold

and is it me or did tv dinners actually taste good back then, egads these things now bland tasteless orderless

Remember when . . . .

You actually had to get up and turn the knob on the TV to change the station and adjust the antenna.

Milk was delivered (in glass bottles) and no one worried about someone taking it from their door step.

Banana seat bikes were all the rage.

Putting cards in the spokes of our bikes to make that noise when we rode them.

Remember collecting bottle caps. Not the candy bottle caps, although they were good, but the soda bottle caps.

Remember soda came in a bottle.

Kelly - It wasn't just a Georgia thing. I remember my mom using it as well. I don't if they make it anymore or not.
