I look at some of the commercials we have today and think....my kids will be saying "remember the "Verizon Network" years from now when technology has expanded into something new!

And the cars we think are so modern now....they will look at them like we looked at the Corvaires and Studebakers.....

Also, kids will be remembering that 'old style TV' and tell their kids & grandkids, what it was like. Can you believe what we had to suffer with 'back then', they say.

My son just had some KoolAid and I thought of this:

KoolAid KoolAid tastes great
wish I had some, Can't Wait

There was just something on the news about some new Barbie type doll and I thought of something I bet many of you have also done...playing with Barbie & pretending some boy's GI Joe was her boyfriend. I did & my DH said his sister did. Did you ever 'compair' the size of their feet?

Remember GI Joe had undies? If he didn't then...well...

we saw Rockapella live in Concert and someone request them to sing this and it was awesome:

Folger's commercial

you've got the look, I want to know better...

here's a good montage:

Remember "Pong"?

Another thing the adults of the future will say..."What was life like without calculators, video games and computers? (There's something on TV right now about these 'new' things. When my kids took my DH's slide-rule into Math class, their teachers were amazed.) How could they live?"

And "remember those old mini Christmas lights?" We bought LEDs before Thanksgiving cuz last yr they sold out right away & we knew they would go fast this year. DH says when they first came out a short string was $35.00

I think I've heard the name but that's it. I didn't know if 'it' was male or female or a raio or TV or movie person of somekind.

We bought a popcorn popper today & I thought... remember popping corn on the stove, shaking the pan?
